SURGERY
TIMES
The surgery is open from 8.30am to
6.00pm Monday to Friday. There are four appointment sessions: 8.30 - 10.00am,
10.40am - 12 noon, 2.00 - 4.00pm and 3.30 - 6.00pm; also providing emergency cover from 8.00am-6.30pm. Appointments are available
at the various sessions during the practice opening hours. The doctors' individual
surgery hours do vary - please enquire at reception for further details. The surgery
is closed on Saturday and Sunday and emergency cover is provided by SDoc (01473
299622).
Out-Of-Hours Visits
A
doctor is always available to see patients in a genuine emergency, day and night,
365 days a year. The cover is provided by SDoc who can be contacted by telephoning
the surgery on 01945 583133, and staffed by GPs and nurses. General
advice can be accessed by phoning NHS Direct, a 24-hour helpline, on 0845
4647 or www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk.
DISABLED
ACCESS
At the Clarkson Surgery, reserved car parking spaces for the disabled are marked near the front door. Wheelchair access to the building is via the front entrance. Patient services are provided at ground floor level. A disabled patients' WC is provided near the front entrance. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.
